If men can't play on a girls team then why should girl be able to play on a boys team?Sexist goes both ways .But if you do then good luck anyway. You need to start lifting weights to get stronger and lots of running for durability.Watch films of games to know what you're doing.

this question came up when i was in middle school a long time ago. big debate over the issue, in which the women won and were allowed to play. however, they never did. probably through fear. it would be very difficult for women to compete in many of the positions offered on the team. your best bet is to stick with special teams, kicker or punter. remember, there are guys that weigh 300 pounds even in middle school. these guys can hit very hard. some even manage to paralyze many other players through big hits. hope i dont scare you away, but you have to understand what you are getting yourself into. if you are still confident, do a normal workout every other day for about 3 hours. keep it balanced.

oooo...yeah i asked a question like this awhile ago. Before you actually start playing tackle, join a flag football team off-season. Because then you'll be in shape and get the general idea of what will be expected from you. That's what i did.

I'm not against women playing football...If you're talking about AMONG MEN,if women don't have a problem being groped when tackled, which is what would happen, hey more power them...and what would you do for showering after the game?...The team usually showers together in the locker room...They should think about the consequences...i.e. sexual harassment...

To properly prepare yourself to play football with boys, you need to do the following:
1) Get rid of your breasts and stop menstruating. Both get in the way of playing
2) Realize that as much as you would like to be, you're NOT a boy
3) Recognize that in spite of what 'feminism' has brainwashed you into believing, women CANNOT do everything men can do. Nor should they.
4) Join a women's league first and see if you can compete against peers before stepping 'up' to compete with the bigger and stronger boys.

No offense but football is NOT for girls. Girls could be and some are just as athletic as a male athlete but football does not fit in with the catagory. You dont see girls all dirty and tackling others to fight after a ball. That is what guys do.

Based on your name, kikkgirl, I can assume that you want to play kicker, which is decently commonplace. University of Colorado actually had a woman kicker, so if you're good enough, you might even get a scholarship. I have to quote TMQ (guy columnist for espn.com) in this one, "One day there will be a woman in the NFL, I just dont want to meet her"

i don't mind girls playing football, if you wanna start working out, do that, but if ur not into the whole working out thing, you can just run and condition a lot, but most importantly, just practice playing football

Exercise by running laps and play flag football first, so you won't get injured.
