If I could go back 2 years to the day of March 10, 2005, I would write myself and tell my retarded a$$ to not go out drinking and driving the next night. And hell yeah, I would act on it so my husband (b/f at the time) and I wouldn't of gotten in that horrible car accident. He became paralyzed and I was hurt bad too, but at least I recovered and was able to still feel and walk.

I would have written to myself a letter in which I was conveying to myself to study more and to search for a good job earlier.
I wouldn't change where I am now for nothing in the world. Because I think God gave me these last 2 years more than I have ever expected from life, but maybe it was an award for eing a good and patient girl. As you know "good things happen to those who wait".

I'd write to me at age 11, and tell me that things will get better as you grow up. The shyness won't be an issue. I'd encourage me to apply myself in school; there are so many things I could have done had I tried harder. Mostly, I'd let me know that self-esteem and self-confidence were coming; no, life won't be easy. It won't even go the way you planned it. But one day you'll find your purpose and passion, and you'll climb the highest mountain to achieve your goals. You are worthy. You are important. And you will see this is true in your lifetime.
Your joy will be worth the many battles you will face.

I love your question. Thank you for this!

I would write to myself 7 years ago. I'd tell younger self to take piano lessons because I got into music three years after I refused to take them. I regret not taking them when I was still young because I'm having problems learning piano now. I think I'd be a better musician if I had taken piano all those years back.

I would tell myself to trust my instincts and I would not change anything. Everything in my life made me who I am today. The good and bad together have formed me. If I change even one thing it will change it all and in spite of the bad things in my life now I like all the good ones too well to change anything!
