he wont eat today, heis drinking water. but he is drooling alot

It could be something like mouth rot. Is there any sort of discoloration or pus type looking stuff in his mouth?
I recommend seeing a vet who has a background in reptiles and the like.

Your anole is probably dehydrated, but at this point only a vet can help. If you feel that you don't want to pay a vet to cure an anole, try giving it a little bit of gatorade, JUST A LITTLE! Maybe some pedialyte too. Increase the humidity and spray the whole enclosure so that there little water droplets in everything. I hope you still manage to save it.
