My computer will not start up in to windows. It comes up to the screen that says Mouse Detected, keybord Detected and the CD Rom is detected but will stop at the point. I have already tryed a new hard drive anyone have another soulution??

could be faulty ram, motherboard, cpu, etc or even the cables best idea is just to have the hard drive connected on ide1 or sata1, rip out all pci cards.ide cables, led cables not required for bootup, so its running on the most basic amount of hardware.
also its adviseable to reset the bios to factory defaults.
if this doesnt work try and remove one of the ram chips
if that doesnt work then u know its either the motherboard,cpu, ram.
also unplug the mouse, and try using a different keyboard if possible.

Hi. Try booting in 'Safe Mode' by tapping the F8 key repeatedly during boot. You can try "Last known good configuration", or go into safe mode and run your anti files.
