She doesn't have a cast on, just a brace and crutches to help her move. i dont know if it is broken as much as fractured. the girl fell down four iron stairs on to a concrete floor before i pushed her, she moved maybe three inches when i pushed her and she was not wearing shoes. what do you think is the cause of the break? my push or her falling down the stairs in heels? The reason i'm asking is that she assaulted me that night, gave me two black eyes and cuts all over my face, and she is running around telling people i broke her foot when clearly she did it from the stairs. there is no guilt involved. just want to prove her wrong

clarification: she fell down the stairs two to three hours earlier than when we got into an argument and i pushed her. she also trashed my ex boyfriends brother's bathroom for no reason and poured listerine on him while sleeping....hence the argument.

the stairs but it takes a small person to push someone who has just fallen down a flight of stairs , you should feel bad about yourself , glad I dont know you

it is hard to say one way or the other. I would imagine she broke it on the stairs however her foot could have just been hurt and the push caused it to break because the injury caused a lack of support to the bone. I do hope that you file a police report for the assult and clarified that yes you pushed her but that it was in self defense to get her off of you. Also so that you had photographic proof of the injury she caused you if she deciede to sue you for injury.

if you pushed her on the upper part of her body like on her chest torso or sholders there should be nothing wrong with her foot. She probably broke it falling down those stairs.

"just want to prove her wrong"
Bad move. Don't. You can not convince her (she already knows) and without her giving in to your theory...what good will it do?
