They are stupid, immature, and insecure. They may have deep-seated emotional problems that they attempt to fix with sex.
It is a shame that a woman cannot walk down the street without being asked for sex. If I am walking down the street, it is because I have something important to do. When a woman has something to do, it is just as important when a man has something to do. If it is wrong to interrupt a man who is busy doing something, then it is just as wrong to interrupt a woman who is busy doing something.
