and I'm not an overclocking or anything so I don't have a clue how to set the timings or anything.....

The Memory standard of both those boards is DDR2 800, the Memory runs at DDR2 1000.

It might work but your memory will not run at its full speed of 1000, just 800.

It will accept basically any kind of DDR2 memory! If you plan on not overclocking, it will do just fine!

Hi. Go to the Crucial website and run their memory adviser. This will tell you all memory that will work with the mobos you have. http://www.crucial.com/

it should work with both, tho at slower speeds
and i would suggest buying from www.tigerdirect.com, they give you much more information on the parts
