I once saw a movie on TV about a rock band, I think the band's name was Moon. It was maybe made 20 or 30 years ago... Has anyone seen it? I recall it had music in it that I liked (and possibly an attractive--at the time--male star), and periodically I think of it but wish I knew the name of it and where/how I might be able to view it again??

The band in this movie reminded me a lot of Black Oak Arkansas...

There was an old movie about 2 rivalry bands in high school called 'Cotton Candy' came out in late 70s. One band was called 'Cotton Candy' and I can't remember name of other band. Ron Howard directed it. Him & his brother, Clint, wrote it.
There was a tv show in the early 90s called 'Catwalk' that actually had a few hit singles come from it. And a cute singer.
