They have 4 kids total and 2 are his and 2 are from her previous marrige and she had to co sign for the house and he wants her out and she had no where to go what can she do?

She needs a Lawyer. There was a time when a man & woman had to show a marriage certificate before any property could be placed in their names. Maybe this should come back in the 21st century! Someone is probably going to have to buy the other one out or leave...that's my guess. If one of them stops paying, then the other one will have to pay double, if they have a mortgage. If it is already paid for, then they should sell it & split the profit.

Get a lawyer and remember not to shack up nor buy a house with someone you ain't married to....
