my computer is saying that my dll has been move?

IT says the c/windows system32 the dll useer32 hhctrl,ocx . And it will not run propper&to contack the dll server

Hi. Type the dll name into Google and your can usually find a site for replacements.

go to microsoft and download fix for this problem KB935448
