In the second Hannibnal Lecter movie Hanibal kisses Clarisse, just before he escapes. I think he has the hots for her.

If you'll really think about it, MOST villians are in love with someone who rejects them, which causes them to become more villianous. Anakin fell in love with Padme. She rejects him. He acts out by turning to the dark side. In the original Texas Chainsaw, Leatherface fell in love with the leading girl. Jason was in love with his mother (sick but love nonetheless...lol). Freddy was in love with himself (sex with that hand was tramatic though...lol) Oops! Got side-tracked there...lol! Anyway, it's the old saying "If I can't have her. Nobody will!" :-)
