Warmth - We are warm-blooded mammals and our bodies continuously radiate heat without ever getting too hot for bacteria to survive.

Food - Our skin is constantly shedding cells and accumulating particles from the environment. In addition, we secrete oils and other cell products onto the surface, most of which can be used by bacteria for food.

Darkness - Not all bacteria actually need darkness, but we have plenty to offer in the creases and folds of our bodies, as well as inside pores, hair folicles, etc.

Space - Our skin covers the entire surface of our bodies. Add to that the fact that our skin is uneven in texture, and we offer plenty of space for a bacterial community.

...and it is porous with stuff going in and coming out. Sweating moves toxins out through the skin. Cold water closes the pores. Go work out and take a cold shower.
