Ouagadougou, as two others have said, is the capital of this incredible west African country.
You will possibly not know who to pronounce it so phonetically it is - Wa (as in the wa of war)-gar-doo-goo. If you manage to say it right that should impress your friends.
Mosi (or Mossi) who the top contributor referred to is the name of the majority ethnic group, not the capital.
