Oh, sorry ur having cramps :-(.
what works for me is taking a hot shower, drinking lots of fluids, especially water and cranberry juice (NOT SODA!) and sometimes when they are really bad the only thing that helps is laying down. also, ibuprophen (sp?) helps a lot, and is good to use if u really need to, and all else fails. good luck!
PS- excercise is also good

i dont get cramps (Well not yet anyway) because u havnt said how bad the cramps are i would suggest a hot water bottle place it on your tummy, if u feel u want to crouch up in a ball then u do that but some decide its best to lay straight

a hot bath,heating pad, advil or any other over the counter pain killers, mild exercise that includes the bending of the hip joints.

Exercise. Stretch the muscles when you feel one coming on. Stretching everyday will ease them a lot. and a nice warm bath helps, too.

If it gets really bad and your in Oz try naprogesic - best ever!!

first dring a lot of water and secong do lot of exersice before and you can get a warm towel and put it on your lower belly ...
