As I said, you only go back one day. Presumably you would decide to do it the day before, so it's not like it would be against your earlier self's wishes.

There's a book, The Man Who Folded Himself, that deals with time travel and the author (can't remember his name right now) explored this a little. The main character has the ability to time travel and hops about time, watching historic events, trying to change some outcomes, deals with paradox and, once the boredom sets in, he goes back in time to meet himself. It was a bit odd to get your head around the whole thing, but it was VERY good.
Maybe you can google it to find it - it was not a long story - a couple hundred pages.

Masturbation infers hands only on-the-job. It would be a homosexual act regardless of how detailed the activity, simply because it would be two entities of the same gender performing an act on one another.

It wouldn't be masturbation because you're not alone.
You didn't say what your state was before you got back.
But if you're not gay, you wouldn't have an inclination to have sex with one of the same sex (yourself included) and your other self would not oblige.
If you are gay before, you'd probably have sex with yourself and your other self will oblige and then it would be a homosexual act.
I think it's a narcissistic thing to do.
