Short of a magic marker or fabric dye just on that one section....you'd have to get an embroidery hoop, put it around the spot, mix the dye, brush it on, and then rinse as instructed. (Obviously try this many times on a piece of similar cloth until you've perfected the procedure).

No chance of embroidering some nice bird, flower, etc or adding an interesting patch over the spot?

How can your jacket be "PINK dark blue"?

If it is a multi-colored jacket your options are really narrow, like using an applique, pin or sewn on pocket to cover it.
If it is a single color (which ever color it is), you may be able to fill in the bleached spot with ink or dye, but this usually doesn't make a very satisfactory fix.
Personally, I would look inside for a patch of matching fabric and use it to make a matching patch.
You could also try going to a dry cleaner or tailor and asking them if they can fix it. It might be expensive but if the jacket is special it might be worth it to you.

Bleach... You may have to dye the jacket. Or a felt tipped pen to the nearest colour, but you will have to repeat this as it will fade through time.
