I know the EXACT date of his birth. In one of the episode, he has a dream he gets his license and the license shows all his information about his birth and area of birth. His birthday says July 14,1986 which means he is 21 years old now. But he acts like a kid. The show wants kids to think he is a kid but he is really an adult, but doesnt act like one. This is his official birthday, so he is 21 years old.

In the first SpongeBob movie he says he has 374 convective employee of the month awards divided by 12 is around 31 so he's worked at the krusty Krab for at least 36 years plus n I'm assuming bikini bottom has some kind of labor laws so he probably started working at 15 years old so he's at least 46 years old but the average life of a sea sponge is only around 20 years so I'm serious questioning how real that show is.

If ya look up. How old is spongebob it says the creator said spongebob is 50! In sponge years! I disagree because he is 50 not 31 . The creator even said he was 50.
