the giants/dodgers, there is some hate between the two teams, they seem to battle down to the end, appears as if they knock each other out of the playoffs. even the fans are 'crazy' been to a couple of them at chavez ravine, and there was at least two-3 fights everyother inning. even the females got in the action.

But in former times I would say Dodgers vs Giants was a better rivalry in the 50's and 60's

.got to be the sox and the yanks.. so many remember able games and series.. example: the ALCS when Aaron Boone hit the game winner in the bottom of the 11th of off Wakefields knuckleball.. then the Sox over coming a 3 games deficit and going on to win the world series.

Of course is the Yankees and Red Sox, but i can think of another good rivalry, the A's and Angels.

Without question it is the Yankees Red Sox. ESPN puts every game of that series on nationally that they can. They are both huge baseball towns and love their teams. I think without question and by a wide margin it is Boston and NY.
