Marcia is spelled right because i had looked it up in a name book to be honest i love both of the names but i love Marcia more because Marsha sound kind of old and Marcia is a very pretty name i love the name Marcia it is so hot and plus it have a very beautiful meaning it means Latin, marcial, Warlike Alternative to Marcella i find that to be very beautiful and cute.

I think Marcia is better because Marsha reminds me of a Marsh. But you may get trouble with people pronouncing Marcia wrong.
