Night owl and certified insomniac :) I love the feeling of getting up early and having the whole day ahead of you, but Im usually too tired to actually do it ;) lol

Both - Stay Up Late til Midnight and Get up at 5:00 to 5:30 AM. Plus half the time I wake up during the night at 2:00 AM then 3:00 AM. Sleep is something I try to get more of but can't seem to sleep for more than maybe 2 to 4 hours at a time. I am against sleep medication and the stuff scares me So I just Party on - Besides it doesn't seem to bother me and I am not tired during the Day sooooo what's a Boy to do ?
Party on and Stay Frosty I say. How about a Nap anyone???

I am definitely a night owl. For the past few nights, I have been staying awake until 11:30 PM. It's fun!

Early bird. I'm usually up between 5 and 6 a.m. anymore. I used to be a total night owl at my former jobs. Going to bed at 6 a.m. as the sun was rising was not unusual. Maybe I'm getting old...

mid night owl. i stayed up until 6:00 in the morning, and then i had to go to school. i'm also an evening sparrow.
