Stop letting teachers teach their ULTRA-left wing, tree hugging opinions to our kids. We don't need more socialists.

First off, realize that the school system isn't the only place that students learn. They learn everywhere; if parents don't take the time to teach them beyond what the schools are teaching, then they will only be a product of the schools, which frankly suck.

Secondly, the schools need to worry about teaching the subjects, and stop aiming for little socially-conscious automatrons. It's not the job of the schools to teach morality etc.; that's a parent's job.

First of all we need to allow teachers to do the job that they were hired to do and stop fopping off on our school systems our responsibilities as parents. Teachers and schools are here to teach our kids how to read, write, and add; skills they are going to need if they want to become part of a working society one day. Teachers are not pastors, priests, or any other type of clergy. Our schools don't need mandated prayer everyday. Religion should be kept in the home and at the church. If someone feels like they need to pray to springboard themselves into the day, that's perfectly fine, but do it at home or at church or even in a group before school starts. Don't take time away from the learning day for a profession of faith.

Also, schools are not day care centers. They are places of learning. parents have no right to send their kids to school, have the kids misbehave, and then the parents get angry and want to sue the school board because the principal administered some corrective action to the kids.

The biggest thing we can do is to get involved in the education process as parents. Parent's should have a huge involvement in the type and quality of education that their children receive.

The government should also implement a school voucher program.
