does the cars engine spin when you turn the key?if not check the starter. if it spins, pull off one of the spark plug wires. insert a screwdriver and lay it on a metal part of the engine. crank engine to see if a spark jumps.if so good. now check the fuel pump. have some one listen at the fuel filler hole and some one must turn the key, you should hear a humming sound for a second or two. if not the fuel pump is not coming on.

no it doesn't it does have a fuel pump cut off for safety reason check that
