Its not that i am arguing wrong side but i feel i have to argue instead of convince.
What can i do to stop this habit? I want to sound strong.

Just picture yourself expressing your opinions and being strong. Then, maybe you won't feel like crying or focus on it.

Maybe you have repressed memories that need closure. When people lose things they usually back track where they were.Typically these repressed memories and traumatic events are from early childhood. Maybe you can connect the dots yourself. It could even be something like your first day of school or from an illness. Some personality traits may be from watching our parents fight and argue also.

this is normal when you feel strongly about a certain topic. i did cry twice in my speech class and was embarrassed of my behavior so i scolded myself and tried not to be too emotional. but actually my teacher thought that it was OK for she said that she can feel the sincerity of a person.

I do this too, my voice gets really shaky, especially when I am mad, and I sound like I am about to cry..and I sometimes do...but I just haven't been able to control it.

when I get really angry and mad I start to cry too. but I wait until I am all calm down. and thinking right again before I say anything to anyone.
