I have great experiences with the different types of java ferns (windelov, needle and regular) at even 5hours/day of light. Amazon swords could also be good, but the leaves had yellow spots so i had to use fertilizer to keep it green.

Other plants that i commonly see websites/local fish stores labeled as low-lights would be wisteria, anubia types, and vals.

Hydrilla and Vallisneria (water grass ) are the best and easiest to grow in low lights. They look attractive and fish love them. Next is the sword plant.

Java moss, Java fern, Elodea, Riccia, frogbit, frogwort any of those are good choices.
