What are the most humbling jobs you have ever done?

I was an E-1 private in the U.S. Army cleaning urinals during 3 in the morning. One of the most humbling experiences I ever had and made me appreciate people who don't get thanked enough such as our custodians and dishwashers.

I worked at a call centre as a professional fundraiser. I couldnt find any other work when I moved to BC so I took the job.

It was legit, but I went from working in social services to having people hang up and swear at me....and I was just trying to keep a roof over my head and food on the table. Very humbling indeed.

My first job was cleaning bathrooms as well at a beach state park in connecticut....every morning for the entire summer....used tampons in the women's bathroom, that was a humbling experience indeed

I worked in a college cafeteria. It was a very humbling experience. Some of the students (and staff) can be very emotionally abusive.

on an identical time as my husband worked all day as an IT representative and have been given his masters we introduced the paper in N NJ to acquire extra desirable money (to keep for a house).. there is something to be stated for Sunday papers - (they could desire to be assembled then introduced earlier daybreak). i strengthen right into a psych nurse and for awhile had customers that worked in the "paintings tension" i could drop via to verify them and one worked at a recycle plant digging via trash to %. out solid plastics or cans (rats have been everywhere) to not point out rotting trash.
