One of these days, I will figure out how it works. Lisa is on Level 3 and she already has TC badge for this category. I'm No. 5 on Law & Ethics, but I don't have a TC badge there. Huh? It makes no sense sometimes.

I keep on losing and getting back my Top Contributor badge... I lose it when I'm not an active contributor. The tag is not permanent by any means... you'll lose it if you're not doing your job. Good luck getting yours back.

Maybe someone got more best answers than you and they put the tag for that person and well yeah somehow you got fired maybe.
