As for the tetras--ch3eck the tail fins--the female wiill have a smooth circle like indent while the male will have a sharp indent in the tail. For you molly, watch her, at first she is "round" on the bottom and when she is about to give birth the bottom of the fish will look as though someone put her on sandpaper and sanded because it will appear "flat" Your mollies can have babies and they can be eaten before you even kn If you watch the fish and separte her when she becomes flat or just watch her carefull, thats all that is neededow it--get some anacharis plants for the babies to hide in. The reason people can't tell the sex of non beares is due to theyt don't usually care to check into the answers for the customers

Your Molly is pregnant, you should have babies any day now. AS for sexing your Tetras, the only real difference is the female has a more rounded belly. There is some info on Red Eye Tetras here...

Your molly sounds very pregnant. I would expect babies soon.

The red eyed tetras aren't super easy to sex, but the males are a bit smaller and thinner than the females and a mature female will get heavy with eggs when she is in breeding condition.

It's difficult to sex them, but you shouldn't have to. These are schooling fish, and before breeding them you should first learn to keep them properly - this means a school of 6 or more. Now that you're keeping them properly you will end up with a mix of males and females, unless you have really bad luck, and breeding pair will develop on their own. Now to breed them you need to provide a tank just for them (the breeding pair), with 'breeding plants' on the bottom - they are egg scatterers and the eggs will be eaten by any tankmates, including themselves.
