hey im 14 and i need a part time job becuase im really low on money and im responsible and i dont get allowance so where can i work? i know you have to be 15/16 to work most places like mcdonalds and tim hortons. so does anybody have any idea?

In the US kids your age look for babysitting or lawn care work.

The Government of Canada provides employment services for youth. I would check out the area that you live in and drop by. They can at least help you with a resume, a cover letter and interview skills.
Youth Employment Strategies is one organization.

babysitting, lawn maintenence, shoveling snow. thats all i can think of unless u can find somewhere to work under the table like as a busboy somewhere.
