GLOBAL WARMING? Hahaha, lol.
The poster is saying it's 27 and SNOWING. Isn't that contradictory to WARMING? Maybe you guys should find out the facts by yourselves and stop letting other people tell you what to think.
Global warming is being blamed for the snow coming down? lol.

this is completely normal, cold in march and april occur because of the lag of the seasons. Do we go all nutty when there is hot weather in September and October after a cool spell? extreme temperature change is very normal in march and april and this is when severe weather season starts, cold air losing hold on the country and warm air pushing northward. the clash of the seaons, if weather like this wasant normal, march, april, may and june wouldnt be the most active time of the year for severe thunderstorms.
This is just one example
Another example is this
record highs and lows for some cities
Chicago 84 in 1893 and 7 in 1982
Milwaukee, 83 in 1871and 12 in 1982
St Paul Minn, 71 in 1999, 28 in 2003
Detroit, 79 in 2001 and 17 in 1972
Dallas. 88 last year and 48 in 1997 (broke the record cold today)
Oklahoma city, 94 in 1893 and 27 in 1938
what does this show, record heat in 2 locations that i sampled in the late 1800's way before the global warming craze and record cold snap in the early 80s. temp extremes happen, this is just one of them
This has nothing to do with global warming, this has been going on for as long as man has taken records

Though I am a person who firmly believes that we are experiencing the earlier stages of global warming, I don't think people should believe that every variation in the weather is a result of global warming. Weather is a day-to-day, week-to-week phenomenon. There have always been unusual ups and downs. Within my own memory, I remember a 4th of July cook-out that was too cold to be outside, snow flurries in Illinois in the first week of May, warm days in December. Weather is simply not consistent day after day after day.
It's the bigger picture of global warming that is the problem. We should not be scaring you to death, but you should be taking actions that lessen your own impact on the climate issue.

I don't know where u live, but I live in Kansas and on Tues. it was 83 degrees, then on Thurs. it was 41 and snow all day. The world is not ending it is just the time of the year that the weather jumps back and forth before it brings summer in.

Global Warming is what's going on. Nostradamus did predict that the world would end in 2013...some of his predictions HAVE come true but some of them did not so...I don't think that any of us want to die an untimely death...just try not to think about it. We will all die some day. Just don't obsess over it.
Al Gore has a movie out about Global Warming and what we can do to help...I can't remember what it is called but, it was very informative about what we have done over the years to destroy the ozone and such. The United States are one of the biggest contributors to the Global Warming effect!

Check out this site and it can give you more info about what we can do to help stop this devastation to our world!

.. this is not because of the end of the world.. no one knows when the world ends .. all we know that there are some changes happening to our nature .. its natural because of all the pollution hapening from car smoke and everything .. its all happening because of natural reasons ..you know .. the ozone gas is getting thinner in the atmosphere so some changes are occuring on some places in the world ..
and even if it is not natural you shouldnt get scared and sit and tire your health and body thinking of stuff you are not sure of ..
you are 13 ..for gods sake have fun in your life you still have your whole life to spend even if your whole life will be 5 minuites .. have fun .. !!

this my young friend is an example of global warming at it's finest. the world is not going to end too soon (at least i hope not), but it will happen eventually. The bigger issue with all the weather, is our inability to take good care of the environment. Try to contribute my recycling, using special lightbulbs, even carpooling. Every little bit helps!
