After the UN did not authorize this latest Bush invasion of Iraq. Therefore every US soldier is a war criminal in Iraq and Bush can leggaly and technically be held responsible for war crimes, whether he can or cannot in reality is a different matter, but technically he can be.

I remember hearing that before. our presence in iraq is a default presence as we could not find wmd in iraq, nor could we find bin-laden anywhere. had we found either one, we wouldn't even be there. you don't really believe that americans give a hoot about the people of iraq, do you? we don't care what happens to those people, just as long as cheney's precious precious oil keeps flowing.

Most Of Iraq does not even want us there. Our own Allies are calling the US a Bullying Nation. I support our Men and Women whom are there fighting for the Cause they believe in, but President Bush has endangered our Men and Women over a War that should never have been.

The Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia said at the Arab Summit last week that the invasion was illegal, and therefore, so would be the occupation... Then he added that the occupation was causing increasing instability throughout the entire region!

I don't think it was illegal - I know, as do millions of other people. See links below, altho I think the Dallas article is the same as the NYTimes article.

It would be for a court to make the decision if this war of aggression was illegal.

Without question, a war of aggression is immoral.
