I like Queen, not so much Vanilla Ice. I like Good Charlotte and Green Day. So, I guess I like Modern Bands. I like old bands too. I grew up in the 1980's.

Of the modern bands...Green Day. Just because they've been around for longer and they have some really good songs. Then again, so does Good Charlotte. But Green Day is better, in my opinion.
Of the Old Bands.....QUEEN! Hands down and nuff said.

Vanilla Ice and Queen had their hits about 20 years apart, so if you consider one old the other is really old for you.Vanilla Ice is also not really a band but an individual. Neither one is great but of the two Queen over Ice and Greenday obviously over Good Charlotte.

For modern bands, I'd have to say Green Day.
For old bands, I'd have to choose Queen...although I always though Vanilla Ice was a rapper. My bad.

New - Green Day
Old - QUEEN - my fav, but don't like them coming back with Paul Rodgers, I thought he was great with Bad Company, but without Freddie Mercury, not the same......and without John Deacon, just depressing, I went to the Queen concert in Pittsburgh, but still Freddie was missing, seen the WHOLE QUEEN play in 80-82 in Richfield Colisuem, Cleveland, Ohio and what a show!

The first one is easily Green Day.
But the second one, this is one of the hardest questions I've ever had to answer. But I've finally decided to pick Queen over Vanilla Ice.
