I think you may be referring to Bose-Einstein, a physical state close to absolute zero.

Your question is garbled. What you list are states of matter...not densities. Bose-Einstein, suggested by one answer is also a state of matter. Check this out:

"Named for the theorists Satyendra Nath Bose and Albert Einstein who predicted its existence, a Bose-Einstein condensate is an unusual state of matter that arises because of quantum mechanical effects on a collection of entities called bosons." [See source.]

There are but two kinds of matter at the subatomic level: fermions (like electrons) and bosons. All fermions follow the Pauli exclusion principle (no two bodies can occupy the same place and the same time). Bosons, on the other hand, like to cuddle up with other bosons and they can over lap each other in time and space...go figure.
