Best in terms of what criteria? Before even going that far, how are you going to achieve this goal? Are you coming to the US, also or have a relative here? You'll have to check with the State department (immigration) before going any futher.

If I am correct your daughter will have to be in kindergarden the next school year in our states. She is the same age as my daughter, but born the year my son was, although my son will be going to 1st grade he is completing kindergarden now. Cut off for kindergarden here is I believe October needing to be 5 then. About your question. I believe a small to medium school is best for children now days. With all the drugs and violence its best to know whats going on in your childrens lives. and with a smaller school you can be more tuned into whats going on. I actually am in Arkansas North, and I LOVE this state for children!! Especially where I am located! i was raised in Texas and wouldn't raise my children there for anything. hope it helps!! Good Luck

Since she won't be six years old by September 1st, then she is going to miss the cutoff for 1st grade and will most likely have to go to kindergarten. Unless they can look at the schoolwork she has done in her home country and determine that she's at a 1st grade level. Then they might make an exception.
