Carpet. It's just soo much nicer on the feet. In winter laminated floor is cold, but with carpets don't. Yeah, if you spill something on the carpet it's a pain to get out, but with a little elbow grease it's not the bad to handle.

in which room, bath room laminate, carpet in 3 bed room the landing and the stair, the ground floor is tiled. very cold in the winter.
