Some do and some don't. Just today I read an story on a local news site that said a robber asked to be shot once he was caught. Some kill themselves like those at Columbine. The list is long.

But you also have people who revel in their evil. The more they do the more they like it. Some don't even realize what they do is evil. Plenty of examples of that too.

Some who are evil are aware of what they're doing yet others aren't. People have "dead" consciences in which when they do wrong it does not bother them.

It gets into severe mental/emotional/psychological illnesses when someone murders and it does not bother them.

I took a Criminal Justice class in college. It absolutely blew me away to read that some convicts were capable of murdering a man, then sit down on top the dead body and eat a sandwich................just didn't bother them.

Not necessarily but they think they are right or righteous when in actual fact they are wrong and evil.

My ex- wife thinks she's as innocent as a child, but then Proverbs 30:20 exposes her:
"Here is the way of an adulterous woman: she has eaten and has wiped her mouth and she has said: “I have committed no wrong."
That about sums it up right there!
