Do you wear socks? If you don't the sweat from your feet will make the shoes smell bad. If not, I would recommend that you buy new insoles. You can also pour a little baby powder inside your shoes. This will help eliminate odors.

Buy shoes made of leather not plastic, to start with. Always wear socks. Never wear the same pair of shoes two days in a row. Use a good foot powder in your shoes, or baking soda. And always, keep your feet clean. Try deodorant on your feet to help control excess moisture.
