The easy way will be to get a SD card reader and connect that to the computer,it will be a lot faster. Just make sure you place all the music in the appropriate folder in the card.
After that you are ready to go.
If i remember right your phone will see songs that are from 92kbps to 320kbps but not higher,and i also think the names of the songs cant be longer than 32 characters(but i might be wrong my girlfriend is the one with the rzr but i also have a Motorola i870 mp3 player) And so you have another choice when connecting to the phone go to the website below and download the program bitpim ,is free and it works with your phone and i think it even makes ringtones ,but that option i remember is a bit slow.

connect it to yer computer and open yer music library. Rip music into library and hit sync.
