I am going to design something for my friend and she wants to have it neon colours.I didnt get the chance to ask her what is was.Can anybody on yahoo tell me what neon colours are Im desperate.

really bright fluorescent colors...hot pink, bright lime green, etc...

Neon colors are like metallic colors. If your friend wants neon colors then it's probably like hot pink, lime green and such.

Neon colors are really cool. I don't know what your friend is hoping for you to design but in this website, you will see examples of neon colors.
