The book - I can make you thin by Paul McKenna

2007-04-07 03:30:22 · answer #1 · answered by Freethinking Liberal 7 · 0 0

Early rising
Large breakfast
Proper exercise (walking)
Normal noon meal
Light evening meal
REasonably early bed-time (without exaggerating. A teen needs aobut 9 hours sleep).
A healthy body manages its food. An unhealthy body doesn't, and can either cause severe weight loss, or obesity.

Don't deprive yourself of food - that is self-defeating. When you eat less, your body, out of self defense, absorbs more of the food, so when you get back to eating more, the body keeps up the habit, and you get fat!

Be regular!

exercise a lot and don't eat carbs. if you eat eggs, potatoes, chicken and fat free dairy products you should loose weight and fast but you have to stick to these products, bread and pasta and all kinds of fast food will make you gain weight so stay away from those. also sleeping at least 9h a night can make you skinnier.

you're young, but if you want to lose weight go with what you want to do...

1. Cut out junk foods, inbetween snaks, soda...you know the good stuff? lol

2. work out- find a sport that you enjoy and just play play play! i run....im into music and i run to the beat of the drums or the change in guitar....that helps me go on......

3. be sure to eat vegies (i know they're disgusting) and fruit.. dont forget your protiens.... (eggs, meat)

4. dont OVER eat...when you feel hungry eat small....when youre not hungry....(you shouldnt be thinking about that) dont eat....

before you know it the weight will seem to spill off your body

Eat healthy, low sugar foods, 5-6 times a day. That's breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1-2 snacks(like fruit). This keeps your body burning. Drink lots of water or tea.

Then exercise, whatever you enjoy that gets you out and your heart pumping.

The rest falls into place really fast.

eating healthier foods and staying active. I'm an adult who just lost almost 75lbs on Weight Watchers. there have been lots of teens in my meetings that have been successful. what's good is it's not a fad diet, no pills, no food to buy, no giving up carbs...it's cutting down portion sizes and cutting down fat.

Find a motivation. Could be an outfit, a vacation, a love, anything that makes you want to keep going losing weight.

There's so many things people try to make them thin and it never works....I help my friend and look at him now...he lost quite a bit of weight than he used to be...you just need someone to really come up to you and tell it to your face. Most people shy away from telling you the truth...honey, count on me not to....fatso.

Portion control of good balanced meals (no fast food or junk) and no snacking between meals, and exercise. As a lifestyle, NOT a 'quick fix diet' kind of thing.

the best way is to eat healthy food and exercise regularly or by doing some yoga.just after you eat don't go to sleep sit in a normal posture and this will help to digest the food properly............nowadays many people tend to gain wait because of their restlessness...........
