No. I'm glad that option was removed. If they have that option, there should also be a way of tracking down who gave the thumbs downs.

I'm not as interested in popularity of questions and answers as to truthful answers and decent questions.

Maybe in some cases, like when I see really offensive questions. But in other cases, no. I like to ask senseless, stupid questions, and those with no sense of humor would murder them with thumbs-downs.
