Most expensive - my iPod mini. It was a birthday present and I treasured it. Then it got stolen at school.

Most precious - my youth. When you're young, it feels like you're the centre of the universe and you can do anything - it'll always turn out OK. Now I'm not so sure...

I assume you are looking for an object that has been lost. That would be my mom's high school graduation ring. It was precious to her, and when I was a teenager in junior high I wore it without asking and lost it in the pool. We never found it and I had to tell her what I did. She cried, because it was a sentimental piece and I carelessly lost it on her.
