character welcome what does that mean when they say that on tv come on down from where sorry if i put it in wrong section don't know how to use this very well

Characters Welcome is a tag line they use on USA Network.
It basically is just saying that the characters on their shows are a bit odd or off the wall. For example if you see someone acting like an idiot/goofing around some people might comment "that guys a real character". USA uses it because of characters like Monk, the obsessive compulsive detective and Shawn from Psych, the detective who pretends to be a Psychic to get more business..... its just a catch phrase they use.

I take it you are talking about the USA channel's newest slogan. I think it just means that all types of characters are welcomed. Characters like funny people, weird people, silly people, etc.

i think it means different pesonalitys. different types of nationalitys just basically just everyone.
