Why do people " have different Accents when people r all built the same way, biologically speaking.?

& does colour have any thing to do with the speaking differences? & what r the reasons for the different colours?

ok well!! the accent is not about the biology, its about our brains way thinking and interpreting things.
The accent arises from the fact that many people use the intonations and styles of their own mother tongue into the wya of speaking. this may not be realized when everyone in the ocmmunity speaks teh same mother tongue.
Then there's the surroundings factor, The way peple talk around us affects our accent.
Like, if you grew up in an african-american neighborhood then you'd be speaking with the african accent because thats what you are used to hearing.
And colors?? It based on geography.
e.g. people more towards the north like russa have very fair skin and as you go down to india or sri-lanka teh color changes from white to brown to black. It mostly because of climatic and environmental conditions.
America cannot be applied to this kind of an analysis as America's a multinational community.

Why would you ask that and you just said that we are all "built the same way", meaning we are the same, so why would color have anything to do with it? If you want to know why you are the color you are, just ask.... your that color becaause you come from people who were from a naturally hot/sunny climate. Dialects and Accents come from a certain people who are localized and only socialize with those who carry the same accent/ dailect... for instance if about 70% of America moved to China, in some time, we would carry an infiltration of Chinese dialects, possibly British because of the Brit territories there.

Because they are from different parts of the world. My mom has a German accent because that's where she grew up.

when they get use to spaekuing there lanuage they have to get use to what they r saying a different lanuage because they r use to theres not a different one like if i was aribic i would talk aribic with not actsent but then when i learn to speak english it will sound funny cause i am not use to it.
