i think it depends on whose they are and their ages and if they have another place to sleep, but if they are yours get their buts up and put them to work doing something if their not yours make them help or send them home, even if they are little they can still have chores and help around the house. every child needs to know how to work and not just on a computer or with games i'm talking learn to really work

trust me on this. let them sleep and do so work for ur self. then when they wake and get dressed put them to work.
