Sure. I find that the best way to revive a weary spirit is to do something nice for someone else ( like volunteer work, etc.)

Right now I am getting time to myself - the girls are over grandma's and my husband and my son are at the church doing some work. Before the kids were in school I never felt like I got enough time to myself - but now that they are all a little older it's different.

I never used to but it started to take it's toll, now I make sure I always get ME time, everyone should set some time apart for themselves in order to rest their mind and body it works wonders.

Rarely. I get constant interuptions if I read,draw,whatever. So I have found this outlet on Y/A that I can walk away and come back to

Of course I do. My free time to revive as you put it is when I take my Harley out. And believe me I do this as often as I can. It likes CHARGES me if you will.

usaully i don`t get enough time for myself because my mom over books me with everything and i would have like no time to spend with my friends or with my boyfriend.
