You probably know this already, but just in case you don't... the tiger barb is going to be a real pain in the tail. If he's not already chasing the other fish he certainly will before long and will chase anything new you add to the tank. Best bet is to return him for some credit towards another fish. The common pleco is fine for now, but they do grow quite large. By that I mean it's not uncommon for them to get over a foot long in an aquarium and I have seen them reach 18". Every few months, maybe once a year it depends, you will need to trade in your pleco for a new small one. But that's easy to do, most shops like to get larger specimens and will gladly trade.
With the tiger barb there it's hard to recommend anything other than more tiger barbs really. Whatever you add he will hassle. If you trade him in I would suggest a school or to of some tetras. If you like the albino look for some fish, check out albino buenos aires tetras, they are nice looking. A school of neons is hard to beat for color as is a male betta. A few male guppies could give a nice splash of color as well. There are tons of choices, just stick with peaceful community fish when you buy and be sure not to buy something that will quickly outgrow your tank.

I would add no more than 2-3 little fish because the 10 gallon is not that big. Perhaps a couple of guppies would do it.
** no Goldfish in the tropical tank please, as they need cooler water.
Your pleco will some day be as big as your tank is from front to back. My pleco, George, grew that big, and I had to find a new home with a fellow club member who owned a 125 gallon tank.

Honestly, you probably have just about as many fish as you should have in there at one time. Your pleco will get to big for your tank eventually too, they can grow up to 2 feet, and their growth is not limited by the size of their tank.

Don't forget...plecos are catfish. I would say to add a good old goldfish....a nice bright orange one. They are so full of personality!
