Because beyond the muscles men are submissive, meek, and have delicate egos. So woman who are caring do that to raise the self-esteem of their partners.

YES. I think it's all a matter of perspective. If a woman assumes this submissive role then that's the way people are going to treat her. But if she strives to break the norms, then people are gonna treat her with some respect. The reason we are believed to be submissive, meek or delicate may be the fact that we bear and take care of children. Being caring and emotionally open doesn't correspond to weakness. I think female roles in society are actually the most challenging and should therefore demand respect.

No one made us believe that. Historically, women were treated this way for several reasons. Some of those reasons were inspired or prompted by religious scripture. There are, of course, many other reasons, but this was a major factor.
Women can be both submissive, meek, and delicate, and they can be the opposite. I'm the opposite. My friend is delicate. It just depends on the personality.

I'm a man, and I work in a large office building with mostly female employees. Not only are they not submissive and delicate, many of them are ferocious in the way they go after what they want (I don't mean that in a good way !).

After centuries of being oppressed by the male society, the tables have turned. Now that it takes the average family to have two incomes to survive, we now can show off just what we are made of. Being able to bear children should have given men a clue as to what we are made of. As technology has advanced and labor jobs have been replaced by labor saving devices, brains have overcome brawn in alot of cases. This is where evolution has changed the roles in which women can match the male in alot of aspects. We've had to change our attitudes in order to survive.

its simple, because men are.. i cant say it so i'll say this... a mans hot dog and meatballs, plus a large head.
they all want to be kings, and because they cant all be kings, they just try to rule us.
