That's why they always have to specify the letter K when speaking of him, because they are two different people. I don't imagine they are related physiologically, but they are related in the sense that they are both rather disgusting individuals.

There's lots of people with the same names that aren't related. There's a radio host named Tom Green but he has nothing to do with Tom Green of The Tom Green Show.
