Why would an adult male start peeing the bed all of a sudden?? It's only happened twice now, the first time i thought it was pure accident now i think my friend might have a problem. I'm worried for his health..
How serious is this problem????? Is it a physical problem or a mental problem?? And how could he prevent this problem??
Thanks

He REALLY needs to consult with his doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give proper medical advice. People on this site are not. Get him to go to his doctor for answers.

There isn't enough information to be sure. But IF it's psychological, I would assess how much stress he is under. If it's physical, I would run (not walk) to the doctor. Urine spilling is a potentially very serious sign of some bad problems. (prostate). Put him in white undies, and see if he is dripping any pee during the day. Let the MD know this.

Ok, I was watching a programme the other day, Waterloo Road, its like a soap but a boy kept needing the tolet and actually wee-ed himself in school and apparently he had Overactive Bladder Syndrome. Possibly this? heres a website about it;

It could be stress.
It could be medically related.
It could be he is so comfortable with you that he's falling asleep more deeply, to the point of not waking when his bladder has the urge to pee.
Try prompting him to urinate before bed, as well as limiting his fluid intake after, say...6:00 PM.
If it continues even after these things are done, he might want to go see his Doctor.

It could be a physical problem. He needs to see a Urologist to rule out physical problems
