well, your body would force it out, whether you want to or not.
but if there was some kindof blockage, the waste would compact, harden, and rupture the bowels, and the waste would get infect the wounds, cause festering, inflamation, and the toxins would get into your bloodstream.
you'd die of bloodpoisoning, or massive infection.
not fun at all. i dont recommend trying this at home.

I would say yes, because not relieving your bowels could possibly cause it to burst, in which case the feces trapped inside could spread to your internal organs causing untold damage and quite possibly death. It's just a guess though, but it sounds plausible.
